1. Introduction
By entering the “RASHAYS Free Food for a Year” competition, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Competition is organized by RASHAYS Cafes and Restaurants and the prize consists of free food for a year at participating RASHAYS locations.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of RASHAYS and its affiliates are not eligible to enter the Competition.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must dine in and use their RASHAYS Reward Wallet at any participating RASHAYS location between 15th November and 18th November 2024.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
The Competition will run from 15 November to 18 November 2024
Any entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
5. Prize
The winner will receive a prize of free food for a year at RASHAYS locations which includes one meal per week for 52 weeks.
The winner’s prize will be in the form of a $60 per week RASHAYS Reward wallet credit, which can be used at any participating RASHAYS location. Credit will not accumulate and must be used weekly.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period.
The winner will be notified via phone and must be in a RASHAYS store to be eligible.
The winner must be in a RASHAYS store on Thursday 21st November at 7pm AEDT / 6pm AEST when the live is operating on socials in order to win.
7. Publicity
By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Competition without additional compensation.
The winner may be asked to participate in media interviews or promotional activities related to the Competition.
8. General Terms
RASHAYS Cafes and Restaurants reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without notice.
RASHAYS Cafes and Restaurants is not responsible for any entries that are delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond their control.
The winner’s name and entry may be published on RASHAYS website and social media channels.
The Competition is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
9. Liability
RASHAYS Cafes and Restaurants is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.
By entering, participants agree to release RASHAYS and its affiliates from any liability arising out of the Competition or prize fulfillment.
10. Privacy
Any personal information provided in relation to the Competition will be handled in accordance with RASHAYS privacy policy.
Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and contacting the winner.
11. Governing Law
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any disputes relating to the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
